1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and hotwin ("hotwin," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the hotwin website located at hotwin.cam and all associated gaming, betting, and ancillary services made available through that domain (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the hotwin Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted for you;
• Are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person or legal entity;
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the hotwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between you and hotwin in relation to your use of the Platform and shall supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by you on the hotwin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your hotwin Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a hotwin promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer product, slot title, bingo room, crash game, virtual sport, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by hotwin before activating full withdrawal privileges.
• "Platform" means the hotwin website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any other hotwin-branded service accessible via hotwin.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your hotwin Account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount you must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The hotwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with the legal gambling age applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Any individual who is under 21 years of age is expressly prohibited from registering an Account or using the Platform in any capacity.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the hotwin Platform is legal in your country or territory of residence. hotwin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the hotwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a form of bonus abuse. hotwin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the hotwin Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to notify hotwin promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. hotwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hotwin immediately via the live support channel.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before activating full withdrawal privileges, hotwin requires identity verification via the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, or driver's licence — together with a proof of address document issued within the last 90 days. hotwin may request additional documents at any time as part of ongoing compliance and fraud prevention obligations.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hotwin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via e-wallet channels (GCash and PayMaya) are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. hotwin reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. hotwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. For GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, processing typically occurs within five (5) minutes for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

hotwin reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players may be required to provide supporting documentation before such withdrawals are approved.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagering amounts, and winnings on the hotwin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific game or promotion. No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by hotwin are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the applicable promotion. Games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirement completion — specific contribution rates are published on the Bonus page.

6.3 Prohibited Bonus Activity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on the hotwin Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once;
• Placing bets that exploit mathematical imperfections in bonus terms (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring");
• Wagering at odds or in patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (low-risk wagering);
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus completion;
• Providing false personal information to circumvent verification or eligibility requirements.

hotwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations made by hotwin with respect to bonus abuse are final.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the hotwin Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (card shoes, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers on certified studio hardware. Certified RNG integrity is verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the theoretical long-run return calculated over millions of rounds.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the round in progress may be declared void and any wager placed during that round will be returned to your Account. hotwin is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side, including but not limited to internet disconnection, device failure, or mobile data interruption.

Game-specific rules for all titles available on hotwin — including bet limits, side bet rules, payout structures, and feature trigger conditions — are available within each game's individual help or information panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotwin Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in account suspension or permanent termination and the forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or function on the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related activity;
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another person, including minors;
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your identity at any point in the registration or KYC process;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service in a manner designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or fraud controls;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hotwin support staff or other players in any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

hotwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we actively provide tools and resources to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hotwin Account holders at no cost and without requiring any explanation or justification:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time elapsed and amount wagered;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from all hotwin marketing communications.

Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and will be processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. 10Suspension & Termination

hotwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• Prohibited conduct, as defined in Section 8, has been detected or reasonably suspected;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• KYC verification has been refused, failed, or outstanding for an unreasonable period;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users;
• Required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, hotwin will return the Account's Real Money Balance to the Player via the most recently used payment method, after completing any required regulatory procedures. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not returnable upon Account closure where violations of these Terms have been established.

You may close your hotwin Account at any time by contacting support. A closure request will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

11Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, audiovisual material, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through the hotwin Platform ("hotwin Content") are the exclusive property of hotwin or its licensed third-party game providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hotwin Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any hotwin Content without express prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any hotwin Content;
• Use hotwin's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation;
• Use hotwin Content for any commercial purpose.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hotwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity — even if hotwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hotwin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your hotwin Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

hotwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all forms of unauthorised access.

13Privacy & Data Protection

hotwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the hotwin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hotwin.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

hotwin complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have provided consent, communications about promotions and platform updates.

14Amendments

hotwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the hotwin Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the hotwin Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with procedures consistent with Philippine law. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
